Structural Composition

Working Principle
‌Manual Drive‌: The operator applies manual force through the hand crank to drive the driving gear to rotate, transmitting low-speed, high-torque power to the drum shaft via the gear transmission ratio. ‌
‌Steel Wire Rope Winding‌: As the drum rotates, the steel wire rope winds or unwinds on the drum, driving the gate to lift or lower. Clockwise rotation raises the gate, while counterclockwise rotation lowers it. ‌
‌Braking System‌: After stopping the cranking, the brake locks the drum through friction, preventing the gate from continuing to move due to inertia. ‌
